PassPlus PRIVACY POLICY

(1) WHAT DOES THIS PRIVACY POLICY COVER?

During a use of PassPlus APP, you may be asked to provide personal information (including your email address and user name) in order to receive or use specific services. Such clouds backup, data synchronise between devices, etc.

By entering your personal details into the requested fields, you enable us to provide you with the selected services. Whenever you provide such personal information to us, we will treat that information in accordance with this privacy policy. We will always endeavour to act in accordance with current legislation and aim to meet current Internet best practice, when using your personal information.

We are committed to:

– safeguarding the privacy of our APP resources and database; this policy sets out how we will treat your personal information.

– meeting our legal obligations as laid down by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

– processing personal data only in order to meet our operational needs or fulfil legal requirements

– providing adequate security measures to protect personal data.

(2) WHAT INFORMATION WE DO AND DO NOT COLLECT?

(a) information that you provide to us for the purpose of subscribing to our advanced services, email notifications and/or newsletters (including your user name and your email address);
(b) any other information that you choose to send to us;

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

– Convenient use of the APP.

– We may use the information to improve our products and services.

– We may occasionally send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.

 (c) In the basic version, all the data (password, user name, etc) are stored at your own local device with both our encryption and Apple encryption technologies. We will not collect any part of those data.

(d) For advanced version, with user’s consent, the local data will be stored in an encrypted cloud database via secured Internet connection. User will use a secure passcode to encrypt the data on the cloud. APP developer cannot reveal or restore the data if the user forget this passcode. So, the data can be safely backed up and shared between devices with correct credentials set up by the user. However, we will not take any responsibility for data loss or leak due to clouds software/hardware failure or malicious hacking to the clouds data.

(3) INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO US

We receive and store any Registration information you enter in our APP or provide to us in any other way. The types of Information collected include, without limitation, your user name, email address, contact information, feedbacks. You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but then you may not be able to take advantage of our special features.

Before you disclose to us the personal information of another person, you must obtain that person’s consent to both the disclosure and the processing of that personal information in accordance with the terms of this privacy policy.

(4) INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY

We do not automatically collect any information without notifying the user.

(5) USING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We will not provide your personal information to any third parties.

(6) DISCLOSURES

We may disclose your personal information to the extent that we are required to do so by law.

(7) WHAT FINANCIAL INFORMATION DO YOU KEEP?

PassPlus does not store any clients’ financial information.

(8) THIRD PARTY ADVERTISERS; LINKS TO OTHER SITES

Our site may, from time to time, contain links to and from the websites of our partner networks, advertisers and affiliates. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies.  Please check these policies before you submit any personal data to these websites.
